An Unforgettable Grand Opening

What an incredible day at the Rowdy T Meat Market! We celebrated our official grand opening at 133 W Main St in Italy, Texas — and we’re still smiling from the turnout, the support, and the excitement that filled the shop from open to close.

From the moment the doors opened, our community showed up in full force. Families stopped by to browse our fresh cuts, longtime supporters came to say hello, and new customers discovered what makes Rowdy T so special: quality beef, raised right here on our ranch, and served with pride.

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who visited, shopped, shared, and celebrated with us. Your support means the world, and we’re proud to bring fresh, local, aged beef and ranch-made products to the heart of downtown Italy.
